WanPKR Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to WanPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and WanPKR ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of the wanpkr website, mobile application, and all services offered on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, poker, live dealer games, and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

By registering an account on wanpkr, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wanpkr. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on wanpkr, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on wanpkr. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
• You must not be a current or former employee of WanPKR or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted.

WanPKR reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or in connection with a bonus claim. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary account restriction.

Each player is permitted one account only. If wanpkr identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation, and any bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited in full.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on wanpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WanPKR does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to your account balance.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. WanPKR does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, and these are your responsibility. Deposit funds are credited to your wanpkr account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of processing delays, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. WanPKR does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that does not match the account holder's verified identity, the deposit may be held, returned to source, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wanpkr account may be requested at any time subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though wanpkr reserves the right to process very large withdrawals in staged instalments.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation on file.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your confirmed real-money balance after deduction of any active bonus requirements.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before those funds can form part of a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified wanpkr account.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of submission. Bank IBFT withdrawals are generally processed within 1–4 hours. Card withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days. Diamond VIP tier members receive priority processing across all withdrawal methods.

WanPKR does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside of wanpkr's control and are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

WanPKR offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including a welcome bonus, ongoing reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and event-specific promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses on wanpkr are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount for the welcome bonus, unless stated differently at the time the bonus is credited.
• Game contribution: Different games on wanpkr may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Sports bets generally contribute 100%. Casino games contribute as stated in the specific bonus terms. Check the terms of each bonus for specific contribution rates.
• Time limits: All bonuses have a validity period, usually 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed without compensation.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and games on wanpkr. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues, and game types are available within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on wanpkr are subject to acceptance by the platform. WanPKR reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where incorrect odds have been posted due to technical error.
• Odds: All odds on wanpkr are displayed in decimal format unless the player has selected an alternative display format from account settings. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In-play betting: Bets placed during live events are subject to a delay period that allows wanpkr to verify the current match situation. Bets placed while connectivity to the event feed is interrupted may be voided at wanpkr's discretion.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed, wanpkr will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts.
• Manifest errors: In cases of obvious errors in odds, lines, or game configurations, wanpkr reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. All subsequent bets placed in knowledge of a manifest error may also be voided.

For casino games and live dealer games on wanpkr, game results are determined by certified random number generation (for software games) or by actual dealing/spinning in a controlled studio environment (for live dealer games). Results are final once settled by the game system and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that affected the game outcome.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

WanPKR is designed for recreational betting and gaming by individual players acting in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on wanpkr.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with wanpkr in any way, including placing bets, spinning games, or interacting with live dealer tables.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support and may be reclaimed.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to abuse the bonus structure of wanpkr.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering). WanPKR is required to report suspicious financial activity.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access to your account by any other person.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players, including in poker or any multiplayer game format.

8. VIP Club

The WanPKR VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Enrolment is automatic for all accounts that have placed at least one real-money bet on the platform. The specific benefits attached to each tier are described in full on the VIP Club page.

VIP tier advancement is based on lifetime accumulated points. Points are earned on real-money wagering across all games on wanpkr at rates specific to each tier. Bonus fund wagering does not contribute to VIP point accumulation. Points credited to your account are permanent and are not subject to expiry for the purpose of tier qualification.

WanPKR reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, benefit rates, and specific rewards at any time. 10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Provision of false information during registration or in response to a verification request.
• Conduct that wanpkr reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the platform's staff.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be temporarily frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, forfeiture of relevant funds may follow. Where no breach is confirmed, funds will be returned in full and the account reinstated or, at the player's request, the balance paid out.

Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting wanpkr support. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

WanPKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While wanpkr makes every effort to ensure the platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted, wanpkr's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident.

WanPKR is not liable for:

• Losses arising from bets placed that you did not intend to place due to an input error on your part.
• Losses arising from failure to claim a bonus within the stated validity period.
